1. Reasoning Audit
If you cancel within the 2-hour window described in our Cancellation Policy, you receive a full refund.
Once your Reasoning Audit report has been delivered, the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds because you disagree with, or are unhappy with, the findings or conclusions in a delivered report.
The only refund available after delivery is where Single Source fails to deliver your Reasoning Audit within the stated 48-hour target. In that case, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Consulting engagements (Automate, Decide, Deploy)
Refunds for a consulting engagement follow the payment terms set out in the applicable signed proposal or statement of work (“SOW”).
Where Single Source cancels or is unable to deliver an engagement, as described in our Cancellation Policy, any fees you have already paid for undelivered work are refunded in full.
3. Outcome guarantee on consulting engagements
Where the delivered work does not meet the written acceptance criteria agreed in the applicable SOW, the outcome guarantee in clause 4B of our Terms and Conditions applies. Any fees you have paid for that engagement are refunded in full, and you keep the work product.
The guarantee is subject to the notification window, cure right, and exclusions set out in clause 4B, including third-party costs such as cloud hosting, model or API usage, licences, and subscriptions, which remain payable.
4. How refunds are paid
Where a refund is due under this policy, we issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us first at info@singlesource.co.za so we can resolve it under this policy. If you file a chargeback with your card provider without first requesting a refund from us, we may charge you for the dispute fee we incur and decline to provide further services to you.
