Most AI outreach hands a language model a blank page and hopes. SS Leader does the opposite: the model fills a single paragraph into copy you wrote and approved. That is the difference between outreach you have to police and outreach you can trust.
Template-fill
The model writes one paragraph, the trigger. It is dropped into your owner-verbatim template. Every other line is fixed by construction, so the email cannot drift off-brand or invent a fact.
Suppression, greeting, draft, AI critic, refine, send-gates, render, deliver. The runtime walks a declarative graph held in lockstep with its contract by a drift test.
Each step is a skill with a typed, machine-validated covenant. The critic judges only the trigger. The refiner declines rather than ground a fact it cannot verify.
